The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams has finalized the darshan arrangements for Vaikunta Ekadasi 2026, introducing a structured plan to manage the heavy year end pilgrim rush. As part of the new system, TTD has decided that Vaikunta Dwara Darshan during the initial days will be available only to devotees selected through the online e-DIP Sarva Darshan token process. This move is aimed at ensuring smooth crowd control and giving priority access to ordinary devotees.

According to the announced schedule, December 30, December 31, and January 1 have been reserved exclusively for devotees who receive Sarva Darshan tokens through the online e-DIP system. Registrations for these tokens will be open from November 27 to December 1, while the allotment process will be completed on December 2. During these three days, all other darshan categories, including recommendation darshan, will remain suspended.
Darshan Arrangements from January 2 to January 8
From January 2 onwards, general Sarva Darshan will resume for devotees who do not hold e-DIP tokens. During this period, TTD will also release Special Entry Darshan tickets priced at Rs. 300, with a daily quota of 15,000 tickets made available online.
In addition, 1,000 SRIVANI Trust break-darshan tickets will be issued each day during this phase. Recommendation darshan will be restricted and allowed only for protocol dignitaries who visit in person, in line with existing rules.
Focus on Ordinary Devotees During Vaikunta Dwara Darshan
Following the directions of the Chief Minister to prioritize access for common pilgrims, TTD has planned to issue a total of eight lakh Vaikunta Dwara Darshan tokens for the entire ten-day festival period. Out of the total 182 hours of darshan time, 164 hours have been earmarked exclusively for ordinary devotees. This allocation is intended to maximize darshan opportunities and reduce preferential access during the festival.
Special Arrangements for Tirumala Local Residents
TTD has also made special provisions for Tirumala residents. On January 6, January 7, and January 8, a total of 5,000 Sarva Darshan tokens will be issued daily for local devotees. These arrangements ensure that residents of Tirumala receive dedicated darshan opportunities during the concluding days of the Vaikunta Dwara opening.
